No. We arrive onsite for delivery before your 4 hours begins.
Generally we arrive 1-3 hours before the rental time begins. If we have multiple events on the day/time of your event, we may deliver up to 4 hours in advance. If this is the case, we will inform you on the Friday before or during our confirmation calls.
No, Inflatables at Bouncing Blessings are cleaned, disinfected and thoroughly inspected after EVERY rental.
Yes. The blower attached to the inflatable is what keeps it inflated, once unplugged they deflate. That's why we require an outlet within 50 feet of the unit or from a generator.
Some parks have electricity and some do not, each park is different but in our experience most parks require you to have a generator. We rent out generators at a reasonable cost for those who need them.

Call us, you cancel anytime but to receive a full refund you have to cancel at least 3 days before your event.
Yes all orders require a 10% Credit Card deposit, with a $25 minimum but not more then $50. It depends on which inflatable you rent what that deposit will be between $25 and $50! It is fully refunded in the event of rain or if you cancel 3 days before the event. You could also choose to do a raincheck which allows you to reschedule for a different date and not lose your deposit or money paid towards your event.

Yes and no. You are not responsible for normal wear and tear on our units. Seams may develop tears in high traffic areas over a period of time. If this happens please alert us at once so we can remedy the situation. If however, damage occurs due to failure to follow our safety rules or negligence (i.e. not turning off the blower in high winds) you will be responsible for all damages up to and including replacement of the unit/blower etc which can cost thousands of dollars. We don't want you or us to be in that situation which is why we have you sign and initial on all of our safety rules so that you can be the trained operator.
